CUSTOMERS ACCOUNT
To be registered on the Black Rabit Tea website and make a purchase, you must be over 18 years old. You must provide correct and complete details to be registered on the Website and make a purchase. That includes your full name, address, phone number, email, and credit card number. You will be responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. If any damage occurs due to you not taking reasonable care of the account and password, you agree that you will be held solely responsible. We can assure you that all the information hold on your account will not be shared with a third party, except the ones required for payments, delivery, or purposes authorized by or under applicable law. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
To be able to purchase the goods from the Black Rabbit Tea website, you must be over 18 years old and be registered on the website with accurate information. Black Rabbit Tea reserves the right to refuse or cancel the order at any time and for any reason. If your order is refused or canceled following payment, we will refund you for the full amount paid. If we are unable to refund you by the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternate method of refund.

SHIPPING
Products are shipped based on the method you select from the available options. The time of the arrival of your products shall be considered only as estimated. Black Rabbit Tea shall not be responsible for the delays during the shipping process. All shipping charges will be listed when at the checkout when you create an order and by placing an order you agree to the calculated shipping costs. Black Rabbit Tea shall not be responsible for any additional charges that may occur due to federal or provincial delivery. We use a third-party shipping service to ship our products, and as such, Black Rabbit Tea will not be responsible for any damage, or loss of the products, or expenses and delays related to the shipping process. If anything of the listed above happens, the responsibility is between you and the shipping service provider.
